#UgandaFirst About yesterday, still feeling excited about growing Yali Uganda family after the cohort 2017 debrief. Great group of young leaders is what we need. We can't wait for our chances to be handed to us. We have to take them #ThinkSeed

Sometimes it's about just sitting there and enjoying the ride, no matter how much there is to do. #Thinkseed #Travel

#CancerHasNoColor there are many reasons why I love football #Soccer while my favorite team #Arsenal was falling apart, am glad it was at a time when I was mature enough to look across beyond being a fanatic. I would have missed so much that blurs team colors, something that reminds us of our mortal being, our humane. Yesterday this little boy passed away at six years. According to the daily mail he was known to be brave despite being diagnosed by a rare form of cancer and his days were numbered. Little Bradley was a passionate supporter of Sunderland football club and his team's reality in the premier league last season was somewhat similar to his. They were sinking into relegation each passing game yet he concentrated on the positive. He supported his team and favorite player Jermaine Defoe who I now rate up there as a #Legend. He played with passion scored goals and most importantly gave little Bradley the sort of friendship so real to make his last days count. The thing is here in Kampala many people battle cancer and some have been thrust into public eye drawing sympathy. I have lost a few friends to cancer too as well as family. My papa or Jajja which means grandpa passed on earlier this year. The positive from this was and is still hard to see. I look back at how he ensured that I experienced Arsenal and him and his wife had me your the Emirates stadium last year. Through the story of this little man Bradley I am re awakened that positives are more powerful felt than seen. Any patient to this dreadful disease galvanizes loved ones and well wishers despite what we are sworn to in belief, culture and any of our deferences. In sport little Bradley has reminded me to find that silver lining, am blessed to have followed his story and the memory of his smile as he reminded us that it's only a sport. The next game to put things right is only around the corner. For now let's enjoy the beautiful game. We shouldn't forget that our reality has no color just like Cancer. #thinkseed #WeTheArsenal #RIPBradley
Little wonder that this man has achieved almost everything there is in football save for the World Cup. Almost everyone that has played with him says he is always the first in training as well as the last to leave. This tells you that talent alone isn't enough. There is so much to learn from him and am glad I watched his first game with Manchester United. The wonder boy as he was popularly referred to was an instant hit. He caused Bolton all sorts of problems and from then onwards never looked back. Of course it was not easy especially under the tutelage of the iconic Sir Alex Ferguson. Under him this boy wonder became a man. He now boasts of 4 champions league medals and after the match he was already talking about a possible 5th. What does that teach us??? Well for me it says a lot, never be comfortable where you are. What doesn't he have? Yet he still pushes on trying to improve all the time forgetting his age. We complain and can argue that he is in a different country with lots of privileges but when you hear how poor him and his family were then may be you can relate. Success stories represent much more than the outcome. They represent the process through which one makes it to the top. For this man it is how to stay at the top. #ThinkSeed #IamAnOpportunity
Poor guy had to play along to my rendition of whatever song I was singing at that time lol. It is through crazy moments like this that have led me to clarity. Put a fish out of water don't expect it to live longer put me in confinement my productivity will go down. People are my water and am daily inspired by diversity #IChooseLife #ThinkSeed
Perfect imperfections came together when I kissed the sky at the perfect time, when I reached out for it in a place never planned #Jinja to be but with people perfect to share moments with, perfect to be behind the camera to capture my audacity along the river Nile. The perfect sky changes morning by evening over an imperfect world allowing us to live beyond our flaws, fear, containment for it's never contained. Perfect imperfections now under a perfect shade back to the same spot where it all started wearing the same clothes from yesterday after a perfect get away. Oh my perfect imperfection moments allow me to live, to grow emptying me while filling me. #Thinkseed
