The Love Coffin are back with a new 7″ titled “Take Good Care of Me.”
The Copenhagen based group follow whatever wild hair founder Jonatan K. Magnussen feels like itching. From sheet-metal deathrock, to big romantic Goth, The Love Coffin have tackled and mastered whatever they’ve touched and “Take Good Care of Me” continues this winning streak.
Spidery guitars and breathy vocals are the order of the night on this slice of gothy glam-rock, as Magnussen screams lines like “take good care of me!” upon the track’s climax. There’s a perfect amount of smooth bravado at the center of “Take Good Care of Me” to counter the caustic wails.
