The new version of Affinity came out while I was working on these and so I had to take some time to learn the new layout. Good news is that all the features I use are still there, just moved around a bit. Bad news, even though it is free it checks your “free” subscription before you open the program. The Third Floor - pages 18-21
Page 18 starts the second chapter of The Third Floor. As you may notice, there are slight layout and color changes from chapter 1. I want each chapter to have its own look. It’s nothing drastic, just setting a different basic template for each chapter.

I am in the midst of making some edits and designing a initial logo, but the first chapter of The Third Floor is finished with page 17. I realized that I have never posted about my full pencilling* process. What follows are the steps that I have learned to help me create a finished page. 2024 - Year in Review
While this year has continued the trend of abandoned projects– Cleft and Slough and Stair– I also feel good about The Third Floor and Mutant Fist. So maybe 2025 will see some completed work to share.
