My motivation for keeping active definitely decreased in this past month of pregnancy, but I think I’m getting a second wind. Just enough to keep active and fit enough during my last eight weeks before this baby arrives!🤰🏼 Most days I’m tired and would rather nap on the couch, but that doesn’t happen anyway with CJ around, haha! My goal for the next month and a half is to walk at least 5-8 kilometres four times a week. Maybe even get in a 3-5 kilometre run once a week as long as I can still do so. And we’ll be hitting up a lot of cheap evening swims to keep cool throughout the summer heat!✌🏽I’ve also wanted to try out the free yoga sessions at Rotary Park Saturday mornings to help my poor aching preggo bod stay mobile 🙈 Open to company for those who would want to join me 🧘🏼‍♀️ We could finish it off with a local donut and coffee, haha, ‘cause that’s what I’ll probably do!! ☕️🍩☕️ Little Coop-Man and I enjoyed our morning stroll today though.
