Okay so I drew this alittle while ago but I completely forgot about it and so I decided I might as well freshen it up and finish it 😼

I added a little springtrap thing I made cause I felt there was too much space in the background

I am honestly so surprised with how the shading and rendering came out lol I saw some art on pinterest with this amazing line work (ofc the artist wasn’t credited, it was just a reupload, so I can’t say for sure who the artist even is 😭) and I thought it would be cool to add that type of line work to it :)

what michael went through is insane to do on your own, i mean most people have company to help them with basic tasks even after basic surgeries. and very often that help is VERY necessary, dude got disembowled. sure, he isnt alive anymore but he still has to deal with drainage, cleaning himself out, making sure he doesnt fall apart, etc. remnant already does enough, it'd be boring if it were a magical cure-all that somehow deletes all those adversities. it is totally somewhat(…) plausible that he could do all that alone i would imagine he had gone over the thought of reaching out to someone, counting the very limited amount of people he had, mostly made up of superficial surface level acquaintances, over and over again before reaching to the painful conclusion that showing up to someone as what is essentially a zombie, a rotting corpse, would cause damage to them he would never be able to repair or make up for. and he couldnt deal with causing damage to someone elses life, being a disturbance, not again.

Seiji as a character

I believe Seiji Komori is one of the most twisted characters in Diabolik Lovers. Throughout all the routes, he is never shown acting as a truly loving father; in fact, he deeply despises his daughter the moment he detects the scent of vampires on her, hypocritically ignoring that it was the Church itself that sacrificed her. In several routes, his attempts to kill her or abuse her only confirm Ruki’s point: Seiji is nowhere near the man he pretends to be.

He isn't even a morally gray character, as his actions reveal a despicable nature and a complete lack of empathy. To be honest, I would like to know more about him and the kind of mindset he possesses. Furthermore, I’m interested in exploring the context of his relationship with Yui to better understand their dynamic as father and daughter before everything fell apart.
