Pet peeve of ours is when other systems think 'system accountability' works for everyone, especially when they think it works the exact same way. A lot of people, both singlets and systems, fall into the idea that certain things always work the same for all systems, which isnt true, and never will be!!
The typical format for system accountability doesn't work for us, and we're tired of people pretending that is can or should. We cant say "I'm sorry, I'll control my headmates," because they're their own beings, and it's not fair to control them like that. We often can work things out with a headmate who was rude (or anything else), but we can't just bully them into doing something. That only causes more damage.
So much of systemhood is nuanced and complicated, yet everybody tries to shove all types of systems into a single box.
