Do you think someone on Team 7 jokingly said "ugh, im going to kms because of this" and Kakashi overheard and him being the 20~ y.o socially inept man child decided that was his new catchphrase for liyerally anything that happened to him. Like imagine Kakashi is with the kids and they put up a bigger fit over a mission than usual, all he has to do is say a very solem "ah, well, guess i can kms then" and the kids just shut up. Better yet, imagine no one believes Team 7 until Kakshi is in a Jonin meeting and Guy has to leave him alone with the rest of the teachers so now hes all alone amd all he can muster the effort to say is a really, really sincere "I would habe kms if I knew I was going to be alone" and EVERYONE freezes because???? Is this man trauma dumping or joking??? Is he talking about Guy or the previous Team 7???? Do we laugh????
Needless to say Team 7 is now made to alert and supervise what Kakashi is saying as "jokes". Thats not even mentioning how Yueh almost had to knock out Kiba before he taught Kakashi "Want me to kill that guy for you?" As a response to helping someone.
