Hi, I'm Dawn. I'm fundraising for my family. Over the last couple of years we have faced some pretty… Dawn Coulter needs your support fo
This is my last time posting. Thanks to everyone who donated I’m within $100 of breaking even. I still have about $400 in bills due but it’s a lot better than it was.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Hey pals. I'm behind on medical bills and I need some meds filled. I've been upping the job search and I have some good prospects so I won't have to do this much longer. No pressure to donate, shares are just as helpful. Thank you guys. 💜

Have some more of the Lucy outsider POV (other parts can be found here and here).
Also, I'm not even going to pretend I tried to follow the rules. Because I did not.
Her confusion only grows when Chimney and Hen share another one of those looks, this one complete with tilted smirks that make them both look like they're seconds from cracking up over her question. She's not sure exactly what to make of that, but she finds herself turning her attention back to Buck and the kid who are making themselves comfortable side-by-side in two of the free chairs at the table. Hen and Chimney are saying their hellos, and the kid—she thinks someone called him Christopher?—looks thrilled to see them all, and Lucy can't help but blurt, "I thought you had the week off?" like it's her business, and Hen is giving her a raised eyebrow that looks a little disbelieving but amused while Chimney looks like he's about to keel over from trying not to laugh, but Lucy's honestly just confused.
Buck looks completely unperturbed, though, fond eyes focused only on the kid beside him, as he says, "just got this one from school. Dad's got therapy until three thirty," like Lucy's just supposed to know who dad is, and for a second she almost thinks they’re all messing with her. But then Buck continues, reaching out to ruffle the kid's hair, "figured no sense in heading home before we pick him up. Thought we'd swing by for a visit."
"Glad you did," Bobby tells them, coming back with two plates heaped with the mac and cheese they'd had for lunch not a half hour ago. The kid's face lights up and he hisses a yes! as Bobby and Buck both let out matching chuckles before Bobby adds, "you want me to pack some up for Eddie?"
"Yeah," Buck agrees, turning a thankful smile in Bobby's direction, "I think he'd like that."
"If he doesn't, I'll eat it!" the kid offers helpfully, and Lucy finds herself snorting a laugh at that. She doesn't know who he is, but he's a pretty cute kid.
Bobby chuckles again as he heads back toward the kitchen, throwing a wink in the kid's direction as he says "extra it is, then," and the kid beams up at him.
The kid digs into his plate then, and Buck follows suit after a few more moments of watching him fondly, and Lucy finds herself increasingly confused. She seems to remember a vague mention of an Eddie at some point, but Buck's never mentioned having a kid—that she'd remember—and she's heard enough stories about Buck's reporter girlfriend that none of it is adding up for her. Finally, after watching them make quiet small talk with Hen and Chimney for a few moments, Lucy interjects herself into the conversation.
"Hi!" She announces loudly, probably with a little too much enthusiasm, gaze trained on the kid as she dons a bright smile that's mostly legitimate in an attempt to mask her confusion. "I'm Lucy."
Tagging @kitkatpancakestack and @adamsparirsh and anyone who writes I am so bad at tagging I'm so sorry.
aaaand we are back (almost)
Soooo, song fic...
You don’t know that I know
You watch me every night
And I just can't resist the urge
To stand here in the light
Your greedy eyes upon me
And then I come undone
And I could close the curtains
But this is too much fun
It started two months ago when a new tenant moved into the building directly across from John. Same floor to ceiling windows, same interior set up. From what John’s been able to see, the guy is fit and completely unaware that John is putting on a show for him every night. The first time had been an accident, but every time there after John had put in an effort to make it good for him.
