Are you referring to the NCPD NPC? I didn't purposely go befriend a lawman NPC. He's just someone from my Netrunner's randomly generated back story

He was my classmate in Arasaka Academy. He's kinda like the class delinquent and the only reason why he didn't get expelled was cos his mom is rich

^ My Netrunner used to let him copy her homework. They maintained a somewhat stable friendship growing up, so sometimes I help this NPC ummm... plant "evidence" on people or ummm... "clean up" shards he passes to me as my side gig

I know this sounds shady ok. He's the chief of the NCPD branch that operates around the Japan Town/Kabuki area and he runs his department like a mafia

Don't judge me. This is Night City, I do what I need to to get what I want. Sometimes you need the NCPD on your side

He isn't that bad as a friend. He's a reliable source of inside info and can provide backup/transport once a month if I ask for a favour
