helloooo sweetness ,, just wanted to let you know you’re an inspiration and a boon, and i think your writing has permanently altered my standards for erotica. please never stop doing what you do, because if your writing was liquid appreciation then i would bite and carve my way through all the sheep until i could be the one on the altar waiting to be anointed. thank you for everything you do to feed us, beautiful pearl
oh my god? this is how everyone needs to speak to me from now on. but in all seriousness, this is one of the most wonderful appreciations of my writing i have ever received. you wouldn't have to carve your way through any sheep because the light would descend on you and i would see you and bring you to me and feed you forever.
not a request but I wanted to share this idea with a fellow morgott fan. the tarnished who is in a relationship with him reforming the golden order with golden mask so the morgott can finally feel the grace and love his faith has denied him. His lovely tarnished telling him they did all this for him because after all he's endured, he deserves a reward. he goes from being publically shunned and hated to being the personal husband and lover of his holy icon. Being celebrated for all his hard work. being at last able to start the healing process.
Morgott deserves all the love and sloppy head in the world.
The Omen King drew a breath as he lay upon the grass of the Altus Plateau. A cool breeze blew, rustling the fallen leaves around him.
A soft hum. A gentle caress of his cheek...
... He opened his eye, gazing upward upon the face of the Tarnished. The Erdtree stood tall behind, bathing the Lands Between in it's golden light. But his eye was focused on them.
His beloved... His guiding grace...
Together, they had entered the Erdtree. Together, they had fought Radagon. And Together, they had slain the Elden Beast. At the cost of their own lives.
... And yet still they awoke. To live, and to see the Lands Between mended. And though it would be a long journey, it was one they would take together.
A warm smile graced his lips as he reached his hand to his beloved's face, caressing them with a but a single finger.
"... You have a beautiful smile."
He huffed softly at that... It wasn't the first time he'd been told so.
There was a time when he would argue against their words. But he had since put his squabbles to rest.
If they believed it to be so... Why would he argue, if it made his little lord/lady happy?
... This still felt as though it were but a dream. The lands, though not fully mended, were on the path of healing. And the Tarnished, that which he had once vowed to eliminate in the name of the Erdtree, now sat by his side, smiling, running their fingers through his hair, past twisting horns...
A dream, too wonderful to be true...
As if sensing his uncertainty, they shifted, lowering themself down to meet with him, pressing their lips to his in a warm, gentle kiss.
His eye shut. Basking in the warmth of their love. His hand now found it's way to their back. Such a tiny little thing they were...
When he looked upon them once more, he felt his heart filled with warmth. And their lips met once again.
The hour drew late. And yet they lingered for a time more.
... It was sadly seldom where the Tarnished could enjoy Morgott as he truly was, for though they shared the title of Elden Lord, he was still confined to concealing himself from his subjects, appearing before them in the guise of an old man.
They enjoyed him. They enjoyed him in the image of that old man, wise but strong, as given by the power of the veil. But they loved him most as he was, with horns, fur, and a supple tail.
They loved him. And he loved them in return.
~~~~~
Because, you know, fluff! Smut is delicious, but it's always nice to have a moment where you're just basking in the presence of one another.
... God he deserves that...
🥹 🥺 🥺
anyways watch this clip from s3 ep 4 where zane like runs out of breath from two just completely normal guards and thwarts them by just like. hiding in a tree. hes a shadowknight and his master plan is to hide in a tree. this works somehow. i had to speed it up to 1.25 speed because the pacing of it was literally too painful for me to watch at the default speed.
and this takes like an entire minute and then is immediately followed by him monologuing for another minute about shit that is all just completely wrong. he does this sitting in the tree. "seems like they just let anyone become a guard these days" THATS YOU. YOU ARE THE ANYONE THAT THEY LET BECOME A GUARD.
s3 is truly incredible.
i woke up this morning after having one of those nights when you sleep really poorly and your dreams all feel really strangely real and the first thing i saw was goncharov (1973) all over my dash. the first thought i had about it was "i bet there's already a whole ao3 tag for it" and drifted off to sleep again. i just remembered that right now and went to check and alas:
and all i can say is, finally this movie is getting the attention it deserves - and the fanfic lore. you see, i've been a goncharov fan for years, craving to read some good fics, but all i could find was filmbros ranting about technicalities i don't care about. a movie with such rich, intriguing characters and relationships does deserve to overtake ao3, and i thank tumblr for this new surge of fandom about my dear goncharov (1973).
It was bothering me, since I've encountered ot before. and google did not disappoint.
The first scene of The Batman 2022 trailer must be a homage to Nighthawks, the 1942 painting.
(whoops it's captured from Boba's review teehee).
Anyway, I googled "a painting of a cafe with no exit".
Yup. Very nice, Mr. Reeves. Very, very nice.
