I'm completely drained emotionally and physically. I've had appointments all week and tomorrow have my MRI with contrast to confirm my diagnosis of an acoustic neuroma.

The one thing I wish is that I were healthy going into this because being so sick and tired for years has left me little energy to deal with anything but my baseline and this is now a major health issue.

I'm pretty sure I'll get through all of this but some days, when I can't even get out of bed because of the pain and fatigue, I think how will my body ever have the energy to recover from brain surgery and all of the pain, rehab, medications, etc. that come with it?

I'm just too tired and I don't want any of this.
