I feel crazy with this whole “Vale is jealous of Marc’s talent/success” discourse because that’s… literally not it the man never cared that Marc was winning. He was saying since Marc debuted that he was special and was probably gonna end up better than him.(to this day even he talk shit and crazy abaut Marc he always aknowled who good he is imo) …The whole Rosquez insanity comes from Valentino genuinely believing Marc at friend of him was actively trying to stop him from winning a title he thought he still had a shot at in his head, Marc not helping him + helping Lorenzo + Australia + Uccio feeding into it all turned into this massive conspiracy theory. Then his usual mind games completely backfired because Marc just… didn’t react the way other riders did, and we all know how the rest of that story went but this idea that it’s about an old man refusing to accept Marc is good or successful is such a boring take of them
