I had to remake Daniel's reference sheets because no one seems to be getting his hair right and his facial expressions

Daniel was put in ratsitter duty but he dislikes rats and spent all day looking for anyone available to watch over King Ratthew... Who for some reason is a talking rat...

How many times do I have to repeat that Daniel is type 3a-3b, but people keep drawing him with type 2b-2c hair type. When it's absolutely clear in his reference sheets and all my arts he has curls.

This is my character so I have a saying on it, I'm not trying to make a big deal but it just keeps happening and it bothers me so much. Especially when I commission an artist, and I have asked multiple times to make his hair curly and I never get any results changed. Like why aren't you complying with me, why aren't you giving me the revision that I wanted. I ask you, as a client, to get my OC right because I paid for this and I get left unsatisfied with the final piece after I have asked so many times to change it.
