both. its actually not both, it’s something we generally cant help AND you’re feeling other alters and introjects. we are usually one singular form but we read that introjects tend to be child alters who haven’t found themselves yet.

Girl Scouts all up in the kitchen.

My mom is a Girl Scout leader and needed help at her meeting tonight since they were talking about food and it's logistics. So I was like 'sure! Why not?' The girls have to come up with a recipe together and make a diah of thie own creation. Ever heard the phrase 'too many fingers in the pot?' That's exactly what's going down tonight!
