The wildest thing is whenever I share an example of someone being transphobic and cis people are all extremely shocked and horrified and asking if I’m okay and I just sort of...blink dazedly at them because they don’t realize that whatever I’m talking about isn’t an exceptional incident, it’s just our everyday reality. Just, oh yeah, most people don’t have to get used to virulent hatred and dehumanization being directed at them all the time, wild.

should be a very shameful moment and i should feel very shameful that i abandoned my recently started spn project for the night to instead for the first time read and actually ‘read’ not skim spn rpf and i should be in much shame i think but i feel absolutely nothing
