I hate people who use Hiyoko and Mahiru as Scapegoats like yes exploring character trauma is fine but why do creators always make Hiyoko be the cause for them remembering their traumatic experiences??

Like i saw this one creator draw Hiyoko literally kicking a rabbit then gundham swooped in and yelled at her, making her fall on her butt, then Mahiru showed up and yelled at Gundham, making Gundham feel bad and remember his trauma from when he was a kid

Yes in the anime she held up the rabbit cage and asked if it was Garbage but she wasn't kicking it or hitting it???? The only "animals" she's said to "abuse" are ants, crabs, and Mikan. And those aren't even animals really (I mean ig mikan is but not in that way). As for Mahiru, she wouldn't condone animal abuse even if it was Hiyoko being the abuser. Like can you not just show a character trauma without making another character actually evil???
