Oh man, the LIMDU coordinator is going to LOVE me.
#this paperwork is wrong wrong wrong#saying I need a therapy that I haven't had access to since 2020#and listing diagnoses that aren't currently active#part of my treatment plan is to continue therapy that I finished over a year ago because I got better! and didn't need it anymore#limdu#also maybe emailed my psychiatrist and told him everything I thought was wrong about his notes and the paperwork#doctors make the worst patients#military medicine#self advocacy#I get how patients say they felt intimidated into making choices though#I saw and signed this on friday with a CAPT standing over my shoulder#and now I regret it
