Romance
They say that sex is romantic,
That it is what romance is all about,
That a relationship can't exist without it.
That anyone who doesn't do it is frigid. weird.
A freak of nature if you will.
They say that sex is what makes humans, human,
That it is our primal function to reproduce,
to populate this planet.
They say that those who don't do it are 'abandoning humanity'.
To not help in the task of expanding the population is wrong, after all.
They say that sex is life,
They say it is our reason for existence.
They do not talk about those who do not think this way.
Those who do not enjoy it,
Those who are repulsed.
Those who cry at the mere thought.
Those people say that sex is gross,
That it is unnecessary.
Sex isn't necessary for love, they say.
What will the others do if they find out?
Their fragile relationships would crumble without it,
And what would they do then?
