#this suckkks #mainly bc like we got quite invested quite quick #which i normally don't let myself do #bc of this very reason lol #and i told him when i realised #bc i didn't want him to go on a date with someone and be worrying they'd get home and text to break it off #but oh my god i will never do that again #he was very upset which is fair but like #i ended up having to do a ton of emotional labour #for like half an hour of him being clearly having a bit of a crisis and trying not to cry #and i cannot express how fine it is to FEEL that way #and to experience it #but i was like. why am i here #like that's one of those situations where you need permission to leave #and he wasn't giving it #and if he was talking to me about it i'd be more like okay i'm helping #but it was almost entirely all happening inside his head and he was silent #and you can't go on your phone in that situation that's so insensitive #so i was just sat there looking at him and around the pub in silence #and then sometimes i'd like try to comfort him or make a dumb joke to try to help #and he'd just smile sadly at me #and you guys i canNOT express how exhausted i am #i feel like i broke up with someone after six months not two dates #and like again. it is so totally fine for him to be upset #but i also feel like it was a bit unfair for him to not give me permission to leave #especially bc he knows i have me/cfs and that i barely made it to the date #just venting bc that was so unbelievably tiring #i'm gonna sleep all day tomorrow

Physical therapy doesn’t have any openings until JUNE which sucks BUT the good news is it should hopefully be resolved and wrapped up in time for my Muse show.
