Eyy anyone's game acting a little funky since the last Rain World (Switch) update?

I sincerely hope this is something fixable and not just that I got unlucky and the update corrupted my save file.... it looks like this is the only one affected.

It's completely unplayable like this, Gourmand is invisible, can't go through pipes, and now I'm noticing the food quest is not correctly displaying what I had. I think this file is doomed... I had gone so far...
