An injured character not realising just how affected by the bloodloss they are until they try to stand/move around and they're suddenly woozy and everything is swimming and it hits them all at once how weak and lightheaded they are.

ND Whumpee whose illness/injury interferes with their self soothing stims, e.g. trying to rock back and forth but the sickness is making their head and stomach swim so bad
My choir director asks us to stand, which I can’t do, and I went up to talk to him about it since he’s new and might not know, and he was so kind about it! He said of course I could sit, and that he will make sure I have a stool for concerts, without me even asking. He even changed his instructions to “stand as you are able” instead of just stand and it makes me so happy.
This is probably bare minimum accommodation, but it feels so amazing.
A prompt, inspired by real life events that I am currently experiencing:
Vertigo. Specifically BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). Whumpee unable to lay down or roll over without setting it off. The nausea that comes with it. Feeling off and the general malaise. Fatigue. Nystagmus.
And the treatment for it? Epley maneuver, aka purposefully triggering it to try to get the ear crystals back into place. Feeling hot and flushed during/right after completion. And having to do it multiple times a day until it goes away. Which can take weeks or months.
So I've tried weed about four times in my life, always low doses (~5mg) and it has had no effect. So I tried a higher dose (10mg) last night in the hopes it might make me feel chill and have a relaxing night, but instead I had a 3 hour bad trip wherein I experienced every possible negative side effect you can from cannabis, and I now have no intention of doing that again ever. It's now put me off psychedelics, which previously I was mildly interested in. And now today I have to work 12 hours video editing nonstop at a music festival. 🙃👍
