This band is 100% my headcanon for how Ace's voice + music sounds. The singer's voice is EERILY perfect, the tone & it has that grainy-nasal thing that Ace has. The music is full of prominent bumpy bass lines, and it's poppy & light with still an obvious alternative/punk influence

AND THIS SONG.... This song and SO MANY of their other songs are perfect representations of different stages/aspects of our relationship. If I made a soundtrack of our relationship it'd be 90% Cruisr.

ANYWAY this song is all about someone wanting to help their s/o open up not just to them, but with them!! They want their confidence to build, get them to want to have fun out of their shell & lets them know that there's nothing to be afraid of, but if they are it's okay & they'll be experiencing this together.
