He couldn’t move, but that was okay. Taichi was safe, and that was all that mattered. Daigo might not have been able to help Maki, but he’d helped the new group of Chosen Children, and as long as those kids were able to save the world he didn’t care what happened to himself.
He just hoped it wasn’t already too late.
Daigo leaned against wall, trying not to think about how much blood there was. Taichi had tried to help, but there was only so much he could do. He’d run off, promising to come back with help, but Daigo doubted he’d make it in time. Did the Digital World even have doctors?

There’s a squeak of surprise from her as she sees…something hiding in the corner of her room.
“Lalamon…?”
“Nope, no Digimon signal, just like the last one that was in here.”
“Must be one of those Appmon things…” She cautiously approached it. “Hi there. It’s okay, I’m not going to hurt you.” She smiled and knelt down in front of it, before holding out her hand. “It’s alright.”
Offmon lets out a squeak of his own, pressing his back against the wall when he spots the Digimon by the girl’s side. He’d been looking for Yuujin, but it appeared he’d gotten himself into trouble instead.
“Offu...” He relaxed a little when the girl knelt down, but stayed where he was. It didn’t look like she wanted to hurt him but he had to make sure first.
“I-I’m sorry~offu...I was looking for my Buddy...”

Cherubimon was just finishing up a restoration project for a small community on the river when a strange light attracted his attention- well, the attention of everyone who saw it, but Cherubimon was the one that went to investigate it. What appeared to be a simple distortion in the air was- in fact- some sort of portal. Cherubimon found this out because when he got to close to it, the light seemed to pull him, and a few of the smaller Digimon in.
“What the-?”
And when he came out again, Cherubimon was definitely not on the Dark Continent anymore. The large rabbit floated above a city, just high enough that clouds covered him from sight of anyone looking up, but it likely wouldn’t stay that way. He didn’t know where he was, but he recognized the scent of humanity and his nose crinkled at all the chemicals and pollutants from the city below him.
Priority number one, he had to find out what happened to the Digimon that got pulled in with him, priority two, he needed to get them all back to the Digital World.

“What? Of course not!” Oh boy. “I didn’t just see anything.” Lies. “You watch too many movies; you do realize Godzilla was fiction, right?”
“Godzilla!? Miss, that thing was a Digimon, it’s very real and very dangerous! Nobody should go around punching them!”

Yoshi found herself humming with the song playing overhead as she walked through the bookstore, lost in her thoughts. Without even realizing it, she found herself quietly singing with it after a while.
“This innocence is brilliant I hope that it will stay This moment is perfect Please don’t go away I need you now And I’ll hold on to it Don’t you let it pass you by…”
She wasn’t being very loud, and yet she noticed that someone was staring at her. She quickly shut up and looked over to the stranger, embarrassed.
“Oh… Sorry. I hope I wasn’t bothering you. This song… It just reminds me of some friends of mine.”
Koichi didn’t mind, it was just she was just a little loud that it was affecting his Digimon’s ears. He smiled at the taller girl.
“Don’t worry about, although my Digimon might thank you for it.” He looked down at the canine-like Digimon and patted it’s blonde hair. The only way to disguise Nocturnmon was to make put a collar and a leash on him and have pretend to be a pet dog. So far it seemed to work, despite the the Digimon’s protest. Strange enough he was being really good not moving from his four legged sitting position.
“You have a nice singing voice, have you thought about doing it professionally? Also my name is Koichi Kimura. What’s yours?”
“I’m gonna save these forever! Right after I eat this one.” {thisisjusttheworst}
“You’re acting like my brother...you two really were made for each other.”

“Why are there so many weird Digimon coming to the Digital World now? Who are you?”
