Hoo boy, it’s been a while.
I still haven’t figured out how to change that My Opinions page on mobile, since I’m too lazy to do it on my actual computer.
A lot has changed, but a lot has stayed the same.
A lot of crazy shit has gone down since I last came to this site. Man, I thought Tumblr was bad (and it was pretty bad at its worst), but even at its worst, it doesn’t hold a candle to the shitstorm of ass that is Elon Musk’s Twitter. No, fuck you, I’m not calling it X. Twitter is the only acceptable thing to deadname.
I still criticize people I would have broadly called “SJWs” way back in the day, but mostly from the perspective of them being tankies instead of being just plain morons. Of course, with everything going on after Donald Trump somehow came back for a second term, my focus is far more on the far-right, as it should be. Liberals and leftists can fight each other another time. Right now is not that time when the fascists and the fascist-adjacent are knocking on our door and threatening to once again upend our republic.
Fandom-wise? I still like a lot of the shows I liked back then, with some added ones:
1. Love Live
2. Roshidere
3. Demon Slayer
4. Jujutsu Kaisen
5. Berserk (huge for me now)
MLP… I still like it, but I’m not really involved in the fandom anymore.
Honestly, I’m only here to clean some shit up so that if I ever get famous in some capacity, idiots don’t try to trace back posts I made when I was a lot younger that I may no longer agree with at all or would phrase differently now and try to use it against me. I’m 26 and this blog’s been here for almost 12 years now as of 2025, but of course some idiots online don’t get that people can change and try to use purity tests against you for things you would never think of saying today.
Speaking of fame I guess, I now write original stories online under the name Lacedaemon, including:

I’ve done decently well in the J-Novel Club original English light novel competition, and just barely lost in the Top 20 out of 400-ish competitors in 2023-2024. Here’s hoping I will do better in 2024-2025.
I’m still fighting fires IRL, and also riding an ambulance now too.

I believe that incubators can and do go after both trans (and cis, but rarely) men and trans women for contracts. Trans men, if they do wish for a guy's body, will get a guy's body and will fight in that body. Same for trans women who make contracts. For pregnant girls, I imagine the incubators would be smart enough to either avoid them (don't wanna make your primary 'marketplace' extinct) or do something weird so the pregnancy remains unless someone wishes for an abortion.
I like this, yeah, there should be mroe variables like that they can explore, especially the transgender aspect, you'd imagine as I think there would be Alien species with multiple genders or no gender at all, Kyubey would have a set of rules for those situations.
There is SO MUCH you can do with this.

How do you get those correctly subbed DM episodes? The ones I have are Fansubs for Duelist Kingdom and the crappy HK subs for everything else.
