Decided to try my hand at Chicken and Dumplings in the #InstantPot today using a #ThisOldGal recipe. Wanted my "dumplings" to be a little more biscuit-like so I baked those separately. So. Good.

Pressure cooker soup— Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana from #thisoldgal. So, this poor soup wouldn’t quite get up to pressure, but it finally did. I open it and find out that I forgot to bring the seal. So it’s a super thin soup. Adding the cream helped make it more soupy.

Purple sweet potato pie in the pressure cooker. 15 minutes total with no oven. From @thisoldgalcooks . I used 1/3 cup honey in the pie part and about ¼ cup in the topping.
