Blood work results came in for my annual wellness check up and my doctor said everything is perfect. On paper I am a perfect specimen of health. I am thankful for going all in with #Shakeology and #BeachBody nutrition and fitness programs three years ago and staying the course. if i actually finish this one, im going to treat myself to ... shoot. i guess i dont ever deprive myself of anything. 

whatever. if i finish this one, i will have the amazing feeling of finally accomplishing something for myself. there. nothing better than that right?
