I made a new pork recipe for my dinner tonight. I made the cheaters bbq pork from @chefandthef new book, and it was amazing!!! I think that my mom would have really enjoyed it too. I forgot to put the meat slices back in the sauce, but it was still amazing!!! I follow @chefandthef, and have ever since I saw her first @pbs or @pbsfood show, #achefslife, with my mom. We both got to see more of the area where her mom came from, and some of the different meals/foods that my grandma probably grew up with. When I saw that she was doing this book, I wasn't sure if I wanted it, until I saw the Instagram tv "videos" that have been done so far. I looked at it online, and decided that I needed to have it. I didn't notice that I had gotten a signed copy, but I think that my mom probably wanted me to have this one.
