Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1 tbsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1/2 cup boiling water.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, apple cider vinegar, and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Slowly pour boiling water into the mixture while stirring continuously until a dough forms. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a round roll. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and gently flatten the tops. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and firm to the touch. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before slicing and using for sandwiches.
