got my own tholindis!mc idea for ya.

tholindis!mc, but when she falls into the portal, she gets spat back out, alive... but right smack dab in the middle of the whole everyone vs rerir fight.

Oh, that would be so chaotic!

Like imagine this. On Tholindis!MC's end, she thinks it the end when she falls through that portal. Rerir's horrified face the last thing she sees before it all goes black... and then the next thing she knows she's suddenly falling from the sky! What-

Her screaming would no doubt catch everyone's attention, which also includes present day Rerir. But the situation only truly hits him when the Traveler or maybe Flins catches Tholindis!MC, letting the Sinner see an achingly familiar face.

Alive! Tholindis!MC was alive! His wife! She was here! Before him, and... and... in another man's arms! 👿

Meanwhile poor Tholindis!MC is trying to comprehend the situation she landed in. Who? What? When? Where?! Wasn't she supposed to be dead-

Wait... wasn't this Nod Krai?! It's been years, but her memories of her first life and the game Genshin impact was still clear enough in her mind to recognize the location she was in now! And this- the guy holding her- Flins?! Hold on... if she's here, in modern day Teyvat, in Nod Krai, does that mean-

"THOLINDIS!MC!!!!"

Yep, there's Rerir! Different, but still her Rerir!

Why do I get the feeling Rerir is watching her? Probably has since he saw her back when the Ratniks found her... he's probably going absolutely mad over hearing her call herself 'Tholindis!MC', because does it mean what he thinks it means?!

Oh yeah, he's been watching her for a good while.

As a cat, bird, or just a normal Nasha Town citizen, he's been watching. Watching this woman, the apparent Ex-Hydro Archon of Fontaine, someone who got exiled from her own nation, left to die-

But all he could focus on was the way 'Furina!MC' acted. How she moved around, talked to people, even the way she smiled nervously while rubbing her right arm or rub at her nose-

All nervous quirks Rerir knew that Tholindis!MC did when anxious or upset.

But that- It shouldn't- this woman couldn't possible be-

And despite his denial, Rerir was starting to see that maybe there was some truth to this madness. That his insanity wasn't making things up. The more he looked at 'Furina!MC', the more he saw his fiance...

Also... didn't she call his name? Back then, on the beach. He tried to ignore it, thinking it was just the Abyss messing with him, but maybe...

His hope only grew more over the coming weeks, then months, of watching the Ex-Archon mingle about in Nasha Town and in the Lightkeeper's HQ. Because he started to notice some things about her, things that only strengthen his hope.

Those things being some blond highlights that slowly began appearing in Furina!MC's hair, and then one of her eyes slowly shifting to a more, familiar purple color... but the nail in the coffin had to be-

"Please... call me Tholindis!MC."

-when she officially called herself 'Tholindis!MC'. No hesitation. Like it had always been her name to begin with... and it had been, Rerir could see it now!

Tholindis!MC! She really was here! She was alive!

...And he was still stuck as a fucking phantom! Damn it! He needed to get the rest of the fragments of his body! Now! He didn't care if he covered all of Nod Krai in the Wild Hunt! He needed his body back, NOW!

And once he gets it back, has Tholindis!MC back in his arms... then he'll make a stop at Fontaine. He still needs to have a 'chat' with the Iudex over the fact he put Tholindis!MC in fucking chains-

I'm in angsty Love and Deepspace kind of mood, and I know you sometimes do posts involving Genshin crossovers with the LADS Fandom, so, idea time.

Every Lls has a Non-MC... and every Lls eventually leaves their Non-MCs in the dust for the ever perfect and the one that holds their hearts ever lifetime; MC.

This leads to plenty of heartbreak, and surprisingly, friendship, as each of the Non-MCs become friends.

Another reason they found it so easy to be friends with one another is also because they all share a similar interest besides having shitty ex lovers, and that interest was Genshin Impact.

They all friended one another on their accounts, and for all intents and purposes, things were good... until one day, all 5 Non-MCs disappear without a trace.

And unknown to anyone in their world... they reincarnate in Genshin Impact, as aome familiar characters...

-and all of them eventually find lovers who actually love and respect them, unlike the Lls! 😤

Rafayel's Non-MC definitely reincarnates as Furina!MC, who gets together with Neuvillette.

Sylus, Zayne, Xavier, and Caleb's Non-MC, on the other hand... I'm a little unsure... 🤔

I know that the last 4 Non-MCs can reincarnate as Venti!MC, Mavuika!MC, Female Illuga!MC, and maybe... Tholindis!MC? What do you think? Any suggestions?

Remember the chibi au? I was thinking about a Chibi Tholindis!MC and Rerir.

For context, the Chibi au is a au where the MCs turn into Chibis whenever severely stressed or scared.

The Chibi au! 🤩

And yes! Chibi Tholindis!MC! I can already see it!

Imagine this! Tholindis!MC falling out the portal and right smack dab in the middle of the Everyone vs Rerir fight. The Traveler and friends are trying to keep Tholindis!MC away from Rerir to 'protect' her, but Tholindis!MC wasn't having it.

She just came out a life and death situation, landing into another dangerous situation, and she very much wanted Rerir right now!

So she squirms and squirms, jumping out whoever was holding her grip, crying out a loud "Rerir!", and... POOF.

The Traveler and their friends cry out in surprise as a puff of smoke suddnely surrounds Tholindis!MC, but Rerir, well... he knew what was happening and lunges at the smoke, catching something.

Something that was... tiny. Tiny and crying.

"R-R-RERIR!!!!"

And in his arms was a wailing Chibi Tholindis!MC, clinging to him like be was going to disapear.

Note, Rerir knows about his fiancé's Chibi powers. Known since back when they started dating prior to before everything went wrong. So, he had plenty of experience in comforting her when she went Chibi mode from stress.

Like more Furina!MC to Tholindis!MC again hcs, Rerir being stalker lovesick ghost, and maybe when the Traveler arrives? There's also when Rerir gets his body back and 10% of power or not he's leaving everyone in the dust and going for Tholindis.

Well, hcs wise, by the time the Traveler and Paimon arrive to Nod Krai... Furina!MC to Tholindis!MC looked VERY different.

She basically had hybrid look of both 'Furina' and 'Tholindis'. Blond hair mixed in white hair, some blue highlights. She also had heterochromia in her eyes, with one turning completely purple, but no teardrop pupil like her other eye.

Then we have stalker ghost Rerir. If he wasn't scrambling to find his bodies' fragments, he was literally attached to Tholindis!MC via being a very clingy 'stray cat' she's been feeding and petting and loving-

He's scratched and bit more than a fair number of men who got too close to HIS woman.

Oh, and the Traveler... well, they and Paimon don't exactly recognize her on arrival... but Tholindis!MC does. She ends up mostly hiding from them, keeping her head down, never looking them in the eye-

Because even if they didn't mean too, even though they just wanted to help Fontaine and find answers... they played a part in her exile. They played a part in how eventually her own nation she led for 500 years, and a dragon she even considered a very dear friend, would come to betray her, put her in chains-

So, no, she would rather NEVER talk or interact with the Traveler and Paimon ever again... because what if they ruined her life in Nasha Town?

This fear, while hid very well, is noticed by others, however...

Nefer notices, cause she notices everything. She also probably knows Tholindis!MC's original identity but keeps quiet out of respect.

Lauma also notices cause she and Tholindis!MC are friends, and the animals have a lot to say about the sad human that smelled of Hydro and pain...

Ineffa and Aino... well, Ineffa notices more than Aino. Noticed the moment she brought the Traveler into Nasha town and saw how Tholindis!MC avoided her new friends.

Oh, and the Lightkeepers and Flins. They noticed. They knew. While they mostly act neutral, there's a certain frostiness with the way they act with the Traveler. Whether the Traveler meant to or not, they were scaring Tholindis!MC, and that would not do.

As for when Rerir gets a solid body, he's gonna leave Flins and the Traveler in the dust of confusion as he just gets the fuck out of there, and scurries to Nasha Town. He finds Tholindis!MC's home. He slips inside where a worried Tholindis!MC was hiding out from the chaos outside... and then she sees him.

There's panic, of course. Maybe she's about to scream, but Rerir only takes a cautious step forward, softly, reverently whispering her name-

And Tholindis!MC pauses. She stares at him. The sword in her hand slowly lowers, then it slips from her fingers, clattering to the floor.

"...R-Rerir? You- Y-you're-"

Tholindis!MC pads slowly over to him, eyes wide, tears building as she shakily reaches out, standing on the tips of her toes to touch his cheek.

"It... it is you, the man from my dreams, my memories... Rerir-"

She squeaks as she's hugged then, Rerir's hulking mass completely covering her smaller form, burying his face into her neck... and he was shaking.

Tholindis!MC's startled expression softens then when she feels something wet on her shoulder. Ah... he's crying...

She returns the hug, letting her own tears fall...

Since you're on a roll with Tholindis!MC posts, how about a manhwa au around her and Rerir? You can pick how it goes.

A manhwa style of au? Sure, I can try.

Hm... at most, I can see them not being the main characters of the story, possibly a forgettable background character in Tholindis!MC's case, or a not noteworthy villain in Rerir's case.

Story wise, I'm imagining in the original book 'Tholindis' was killed off screen with the rest if her family by Rerir as he was sent to kill off all the descendants of the Bloodmoon dynasty before the assassin was killed off by the hero of the novel.

But in Tholindis!MC's version, she accidentally meets her would be killer before the start of the novel.

Like girl was minding her own business, trying to plot and girlboss her way into surviving her potential doom when she happens upon an injured man one day while out in her village... and she has no clue the man was in fact her would be future killer, Rerir.

As for how he got hurt, let's say his last target got a good hit on him... but Rerir got the job done.

But back to the idea. Tholindis!MC ends up helping him with his wound, maybe using part of her clothes, or maybe a scarf, to wrap his wound, before telling him to stay put while she got a doctor.

She doesn't notice the wide eye stare she gets as she hurries off... or the blush that slowly covers the assassin's face.

It was like cupid arrow hit Rerir straight in the heart. This man folded so fast, it's almost hilarious how quickly he developed a crush on a woman he just met.

Now, for the rest of the idea... uh... plot wise, I see this developing into a yandere territory as Rerir starts showing up more and more, bringing flowers, singing praises-

But all Tholindis!MC feels are cold terror as she realized who she helped...

Adding to this... so you know in Genshin, we have the 5 sinners of Khaenri'ah? And they game Rerir is one of the sinners? Maybe in this manhwa au, originally there was only 4 sinners, but in this new version, Rerir becomes the 5th in a twisted series of events.

And needless to say, Tholindis!MC has nowhere to hide once the Wild Hunt starts surrounding her quiet, little home... and then there was the knocking in her door, the hissing whisper of "Tholindis!MC... let me in, darling wife-"

Hello Quiet. You can call me 🪼 anon, but I got an idea for you!

My idea involves the post you made about Canon Tholindis landing in modern day Fontaine and being found by Furina!MC.

I will say, I think it would make the ask more interesting if instead of Canon Tholindis, we use Tholindis!MC, as Furina!MC needs another MC to trauma bond over with.

But basically the idea i have involves that part in the newest Archon quest where we see Rerir's memories. And since Tholindis!MC likely hangs around Furina!MC the Traveler would've seen her! And when they see the Tholindis!MC in Rerir's memories, they're going to be like, 'Hold the fuck up! I know that bitch-"

And if you remember correctly... Rerir is with them while they watch his and Nefer's memories.

That means he heard the Traveler's comment... and suddenly, the Wild Hunt seems to move out of Nod Krai entirely and starts heading towards Fontaine!

Tholindis!MC and Furina!MC being friends over trauma is adorable, but the idea of Rerir scrambling to Fontaine is both scary and kinda funny.

I say funny cause all I can imagine if Rerir's thought process being, "Wife, wife, I'm coming wife-".

Meanwhile back in Fontaine, Tholindis!MC sneezes as she helps Furina!MC with something, and Navia, who was there to see Clorinde, jokes that maybe someone was talking about her.

...Why did Tholindis!MC suddenly get a chill down her spine at that comment?

That Tholindis!MC to Furina!MC ask got me thinking, would Rerir even recognize her if Furina!MC just so happen to come to Nod Krai with the Traveler?

Me and @platinumrosetail take about this, actually.

Basically what we came up with is that, no, he wouldn't recognize her... at first. But Furina!MC on the other hand? Oh yeah, she recognizes him.

Doesn't matter if Rerir shot up in size, got white hair and red eyes now, or is basically a eldritch monster that was literally being held together by pure spite and abyss energy- that was HER Rerir.

And when she calls his name, saying something only Tholindis!MC would say, the Rächer of Solnari goes still... then slowly, he turns to her, stares at her... and then he whispers a broken, but oh so hopeful "...Tholindis!MC?"

The moment Furina!MC nods, she's got a arm full of eldritch man as Rerir is on his knees, clinging to her, crying-

And that's how she managed to take Rerir into 'custody'. You're coming back to Fontaine with her, mister!
