It is all new to me; I have been working with the Mapei centre for one month now. I have many new things in my training. We are using the time without racing to work on things that you do not have the time to do when you are always traveling around the world. I am doing new things such as mountain biking and I will be doing a lot of TT training in 2011 to improve there also. The goal is simple and at the same time big. I want to be a better cyclist when my ban is over.
