I feel like a side would like make a decision and Virgil would second guess them constantly and all that. Like be like “are you sure you should do that?” Even on minor decisions. (My Anxiety is a lot like that, hence why I came up with that idea)

It could even been over the dumbest things.

"Are you sure that's the right water glass Patton? What if that's special to Joan? And you Thomas ends up breaking it?"

"Roman are you sure that line looks right? What if people notice and make fun of Thomas?"

Its a never ending cycle of Virgil pointing out the smallest things

He’s done many things: 

He’s told you about diplomatic missions to other cities and places in the name of peace and amicable intercity relationships. 

He’s helped a more direct redirect of a small portion of the nearby river to have a better water source for Rótaldë. (A point in the diplomatic mission as it feeds other settlements downstream.)

Thomas assisted the fairly small orphaned population (10-15 children at max) by establishing a house that could more or less be considered and orphanage.

Quashed a small slave trade place. Some of the people sold before he got there were parents of the orphans, which is why they were orphans. :(((

But a big thing he’s done is bringing from a slightly productive kingdom to a bursting, thriving kingdom. He has a knack and talent for leading the kingdom into flourishing by his citizens. Implementation of different farming techniques and strategic water usage as well as a modification of the method of sentencing as well as policy and law changes had brought theft cases and arrests down, making Rótaldë happier and richer.

Thomas was/is a natural-born leader with a great eye for how to solve a problem

It was a fair cut, close to kill him if it was a few centimeters down and a little bit deeper, but it wasn’t enough to seriously hurt him drastically. It looks mostly healed already.
