The Young Queen & The Queen Mother
The days go by and Catherine is increasingly scared of the people around her. She could only trust her ladies Maria de Salinas and Maud Green, her advisers Thomas Moro, Thomas Howard, and Charles Brandon & hers friends Margaret Pole, Duchess Mary, and Edward Stafford.
Catherine will be involved in intrigues, not only because her relationship with Emperor Charles V became strained after her denial of her commitment, but also because of a wave of English sweat that attacked England and spread death to where she goes. This caused that the nobility was reduced before the mortality rate and that Queen Mary I was locked up in Ludlow castle with Margaret Pole, two maids and a doctor to prevent her from being exposed to the disease. Meanwhile, the regent was in charge of security measures, looking for those affected to stay away from other people and for doctors to find the best way to care for them.

Catherine se vera envuelta en intrigas, no solo por que su relación con el Emperador Charles V se volvió tensa tras su negación al compromiso, sino también a una ola de sudor ingles que ataco Inglaterra y que esparce la muerte a donde vaya. Esto provoco que la nobleza se redujera ante la taza de mortalidad y que la reina Mary I fuera encerrada en el castillo de Ludlow junto a Margaret Pole, dos criadas y un medico para evitar que era expuesta ante la enfermedad. Mientras tanto la regente se encargaba de las medidas de seguridad, buscando que los afectados permanecieran lejos de otras personas y que los médicos buscaran la mejor forma de atenderlos.
