“well, there’s nothing to see.” it’s not a self-deprecating comment, siimply self-aware. he’s not particularly awe-inspiring. kavinsky on the other hand, is everything ben has never been allowed to be  —   which ben doesn’t mind as much as he would expect. ben’s way of rebelling against his birthright is love. “i guess the gansey name in and of itself is... hot shit. or  maybe they just really like my smile.”

Among clouds of fumes from K's cigarette and fleeting patches of clouds, Ronan was looking up at the twinkling of stars in the night sky. Laying with his back against the hood of the car Ronan puffed a laugh at the unexpected question.

He had mixed feelings about this but knowing that nobody else knew he was here made it thrilling, Kavinsky didn't only have drugs, he was drugs, or at least Ronan felt like he could get addicted to this kind of danger.

"Probably bored to shit or.... I dunno." he said quickly, thinking that he would be doing something Gansey would approve of but he didn't want to say that.
