oh i just wanna say too, im not trying to be rude or strict or anything (sorry if it came off that way!) and some uses are fine!! its just a little annoying when black people get shunned for using it but when nonblacks do it its cool or hip or something. sorry again!!
Oh, please don’t worry. You didn’t sound rude at all! However I’m quite surprised to hear that black people get shunned for saying the word? I’ve never heard of such a thing (Which I feel awful for saying but it’s true; but I’m willing to learn more!) I’m sorry if I had offended you. But if anything, could you perhaps provide a source? Just so I know that it’s factual. I live in an open-minded community so racial slurs aren’t as apparent, and I’m having a hard time believing. (I don’t mean to be skeptical; I just want to be sure.)
thinking about Yesui's refusal to ever acknowledge, even internally, the feelings she has for That Man being anything more than just like "he's a threat and needs to be stopped so of course I feel intensely about him" except for one singular moment, as they're both laying there actively dying at edge of reality where she reaches for him. Unsure whether she's able to actually hold his hand or falls just short
