thoughtlessfroth replied to your post “I hate that I think too much and that I’m too sensitive. Now I can’t...”
I am in the same boat as you. It fucking sucks
Yeah it's so hard to deal with :/ I'm trying but goddamn it's the hardest fucking thing to manage.
thoughtlessfroth replied to your post: i wonder how you fuck?
Preach
You already shhhhh'know. :p
Okay
I realized recently, that I may be gaining weight because of stress. My diet has barely changed in the past 12 months, and yes, my activity has been a bit lacking in the last two months.
The issue with my stresses is that I don't necessarily know how to get out of them. I have a lot of music currently going on, and I think my problem is that I set my own personal deadlines. With my band Maestus, we legitimately have deadlines and already have a release date set with a label. So that's an understandable stress. But with Arkhum, we've only set a ROUGH date for recording our next album and it's in August, 2015 in Portland.
I guess sometimes I stress about things that needn't be stressed about. As most people do. I feel like my stress level increases when my anxiety increases and vice versa. I'm going to start using my free time for more personal things. Not that music isn't a "personal" thing because it's the most personal thing I have in my life, but I mean more of "quiet time." I guess you call it that. More jogs, more working out, more reading a book by the riff while listening to a more mellow playlist.
Espresso
Espresso: Describe your usual morning routine? Wake up and try to eat breakfast, then usually take my pup for a walk (depends if I stay up really late or not, I’m exciting I know)
Thanks! :)

I hate that feeling. The strange “what the fuck is going on?” feeling.
Lol, yes. Is freaking terrible especially when you realize your body is responding to it and you can't also control it. You have no idea of what's wrong, but mostly when it suddenly comes out of nowhere. Ugh.
