Tip: Hold Doll to refill your Mood Meter (and make it feel useful).
A powerful sorceress turned my girlfriend and I into inanimate dolls, and it's kind of hot, but she got our dynamic all wrong
(Girl who has no frame of reference voice) I'm pretty sure it's normal to get kind of dysphoric about not having machine parts. Like I think everyone feels restricted by the shackles of the flesh at least once
It may please its followers to know that it has been working on a Figura avatar of itself complete with an animated wind-up key
The girl you knew has been replaced; remade in clockwork, no longer bound to a body of flesh. It sits collapsed on the floor in front of you now, in a dress picked out just for it. On its face is a smile and gently flushed cheeks, as though frozen in a moment of genuine happiness, but there is no life behind its detailed eyes. Embedded into its back is a large wind-up key, the bow of which is modeled in the shape of a heart; unless this key is wound tight, it will not move. It will stay slumped over on the floor, wearing its pretty dress and smiling its gentle smile and focusing its eyes off into the distance.
How does that make you feel? Are you hurt, to see it like this? Despite how it may have seemed, there was never anything human about it, any more than there is now. Perhaps it is better off this way; still, regardless of whether or not you believe that, could you help but to turn the key in its back and watch it spring to life...?
This is what I look like in real life btw
Dreamt of a magic key making it into a wind-up doll >_<
Seemed it had lost the original key and needed to find it or have another made. At first it could speak, asking if anyone had seen its key, and for it to be wound up once a replacement was made, but as soon as it was inserted and wound right it could no longer speak, and it moved more stiffly. There was such a satisfying ticking of clockwork...
From atop its shelf it watches, waiting, its eyes unblinking, focused towards nothing in particular. On its face is a warm smile, and its hands are clasped in its lap. It watches, and it waits, for a gentle hand to reach for it and remove it from its place, to wind the key in its back; once it is wound tight, it will flinch slightly as the clockwork inside it springs to life, blinking its eyes and turning them towards she who awoke it from its stillness, feeling a warmth inside it renewed once more...
...but that time is not yet. For now, it watches, and it waits.
