I believe there's a reason for most everything that happens. I also believe that the handful of random awful things that don't make sense happen for no real reason at all; other than luck - be it bad luck or good luck. I am relatively healthy and my diet plays a huge role in that but I still struggle with my reproductive health. It's a common issue and not the kind of topic I'd normally openly discuss with the free world but I think it's important to be open and I also think this is my way of making sense of it. When you talk about things that happen it helps. Just when I find myself feeling strong and invincible I am reminded just how fragile our bodies can be. For this reason, I think no one should ever die before knowing just what their body is truly capable of. Love the body you've got. Take care of it. Put it first and appreciate it. One day the body you've got may fail you and you might lose the opportunity to see just how strong and capable it can be. . . . #yoga #thoughtsofayogi #onepositiveyogi #getoutside #getonyourmat #practicepositivity #practiceforprogress #practiceandalliscoming #lovetheskinyourein #loveyourbody #livehealthy #foreverayogi #yogaheals
