Just started watching Vinland saga. It gives me both SnK and The Vikings vibes. Two of the series i enjoyed, at least up to a certain point.

Probably gonna read the manga later.

I just thought about this but yes...I do miss talking with people who share the passion of travel (and not the “I just take the plane and eat good food anywhere I go and that’s all.” (aka M)), who get interested in different cultures, way of thinking etc. 

In a sense we really think differently (of course not everyone) and we HAVE to be open minded because we have NO choice. The simple exemple of today made me realize that....I just told my colleagues 

“(...) in vietnam they asked me if I wanted to eat dogs or cats and it was normal for them” “OHH that’s why I’m afraid to go to this countries....you never what kind of meat they give you”

How rascist is that ? do you think there they are saying “I don’t want to go in europe you never know...maybe they’ll give you horse or frog or OMG SNAILS ????”  YES i’m outraged because they eat dog and cat and my heart is broken but for YO we eat animals here too ? anyway...that kind of situation never happened with my co-traveller...the worst that happened maybe “WOW i’m so shocked but....how many dishes can you do with dog ?” etc etc, yes it’s totally the opposite of our way of thinking but we try to understand and we don’t judge (or try). That’s only 1 example, of course I have tons of others and some that I accept less than others but that’s what I miss as conversations. Here (and certainly there and everywhere) everyone is so f**** judgemental about everything....I can’t even talk to anyone because if I say “there were a rat in my bathroom” they’d jump to conclusion that “CHING CHONG CHINA IS DIGUSTING” (i’m not even exagerating [also I never been to china]).

I hate this world.

I hope I’ll talk about travels with my friend tomorrow. I’m really craving those interesting conversations and something who change my mind.

MY mind

I often wonder what about certain things,its hard to be selfish when I know I should be. At a point where nonething but my career goals should matter yet here I am still about that nake life,steady letting myself get distracted by the whims of ma other side

Last week was the first week in almost a month I haven't purged or weighed myself. I'm gaining weight like cray cray  But I've been okay with it. Plus School ends in a week. Holla.
