The apartment itself was amazing, the view couldn’t get any better, upgraded amenities, and the space... the space! But Nico was reluctant as he unpacked the last of his boxes, studying the binder of vintage collectible cards at the very top of it. He sighed and lifted it out, placing it on the bookshelf before leaving the rest of the box to be put away later.
He really had no other choice but to stay. There was no better deal anywhere else, even if the landlord had accidentally booked two tenants in the same apartment it wasn’t as if Nico could give it up so easily. He exited his room to see his new roommate. “What did you say your name was again?”
