Anna gave a small, prideful smile and shrugged. She did like to keep busy with practical work. She was so used to being thought of as lesser due to her gender that she kept herself in a constant state of actively disproving that view. Even now that she was apart of a crew who seemed to largely accept her as the hard worker that she was; it was a hard habit to break, feeling like she constantly had something to prove.

Anna’s smile widened a bit at Isadora’s assertion. She was grateful for the company, but she chose not to say as much. Instead saying, “Splendid. We should be done in half the time then,” as followed the girl to the ship’s upper deck.
