Thread Drop!

Anything I have not replied to prior to April 30th has been dropped.  Anything a partner of mine has not replied to around April 30th has also been dropped. 

Yes, all of them.  “Even this one?” Yes, even that one.  “You dropped ___ ??” Yes, I did. All of them. If it is not in my tracker it is not something I am going to reply to. I’m very sorry. 

I’m sorry if anything was something you really looked forward to or really enjoyed. I don’t have the muse for them anymore. Some of them had been in there for 3+ months and it was just getting ridiculous and I’d just feel terrible every time I went to look at my drafts. And I can’t do that to myself anymore or to my partners, y’know?  But again, I’m very sorry. I hope you all understand. 

I have a few starters that were may for me recently that I do plan to reply to.  I am also open to plotting and continuing things from memes, random starter calls, etc.  So please feel free to reach out!

Alright, I have to apologize, but I need to do another Thread Drop. I feel like I’m the only one pushing the plot along in these threads, and with everything as it stands right now? I need to let these threads go.

OutOfSpooks - THREAD DROP

So I mentioned before that I’d like to start the new year with a clean slate and that meant dropping a ton of threads. Now dropping threads doesn’t mean I still don’t want to write with my lovely friends and mutuals! It just means I’ve lost all muse for the thread, or have no idea where the thread is going, and it’s not good for either of us if I force it.

That being said, if anyone wants to hmu in chat and discuss how we can rewrite the thread or revisit it with different ideas, you’re always welcomed! I’ve saved a couple of threads like that before and it’s always preferred than dropping the plot altogether, especially when it’s so precious to our muses~ So don’t be shy!

Lastly, thank you so much for your kind patience and understanding. Please come talk to me if you have anything on your mind related to the drops or us writing in general.

omg so so so so so sorry that i am thread dropping, but at least instead of panic deleting im going to let you guys know which threads im dropping. I love you all, but my projects are taking more and more time and i can’t get my drafts below 70 no matter what I do for more than like 2 days.

thread drop

So, figured it was time to make one. I was starting to get overwhelmed by my active thread count and then I realized that not all of these threads are really active... So I’ve dropped a few of my threads - please see the active ones here.

I’ve dropped these threads mainly because: a) I lost muse for the thread (Aranea developed and changed considerably over the last few months and it felt like I was locking her); and b) I felt my partner was no longer interested. If anyone would like to resume one of the dropped threads, please come talk to me and we can bring it back if I still have muse for it.

In the meanwhile, we can always start something fresh. I’ll post a starter call soon. :)
