THIS might possibly have been the coolest robot Dice had ever seen. He hadn’t exactly seen real robots before but still, lips parted in a minute gasp at the sight.

The Professor laid flat on the top of her TARDIS, her short arms and legs dangling over the sides. The Chameleon circuit had been destroyed during the initial infection, and as it was very low on her list of priorities so far as things to fix, the time machine was stuck in its factory setting of a tall metal cylinder.  She didn’t mind too much- after all, it quite reminded her of the home she had been away from for so long.

The small Time Lady let out a sigh, rolling onto her stomach. As she did so, a figure appeared in her line of sight. She felt a wide, rather lopsided grin break out across her face, faintly recognizing his psychic print to be that of a Gallifreyan. She wasted no time in scrambling off the top of her TARDIS and dropping to the dusty ground below, not bothering to brush off the dirt clinging to her polka dot stockings. She took off running.

“Oh hello!” she chirped happily, immediately throwing her arms up and attempting to wrap them around the man. “Finally someone’s come to get me; the war has got to be over by now, hasn’t it? Of course it is- no way would they let me back if it wasn’t! You are here to take me back, aren’t you?”
