Otis pushed the doorbell folding his arms in front of him. \ 'get the baby and his daughter's things. That was it, that was all.' He thought, looking down at the truck keys in his hand. This wasn’t the way he’d seen Mercedes’ life going. “Damn, the best laid plans.” He said shaking his head.
Getting to Know Her.
INVOLVED: Amy Welsh & Samuel Evans TIME FRAME: Saturday, February 24th, 2018 LOCATION: Mercedes Home: New York City, New York NOTES: Amy and Sam go shopping.
Sam Evans
“Addison! Ms. Welsh will be here any minute. You ready?” Sam called running his hand over the white comforter for the 7th time. This house was beyond anything he was used to. He stepped back, eyeing the bedroom. Satisfied everything was back in it's proper place, he moved over to the window staring out over the city, uneasy. He was on top of the bullshit today, but he could be back at the bottom in a heartbeat. He needed to build something from this opportunity. Sadly, "Where do I began." he said speaking his thoughts to the air. After a few moments of silent contemplation he, moved away from the window, picked his boots up from by the door and left the room. “Addy?” he called as he pushed her door open, stepping inside. Addison was on her stomach feet kicking the air. He smiled at the sight. The child was settling in a little to well for his liking, but the sight of her happy and protected washed away his other concerns for the moment. He walked over to the bed, pushing his shoulder length hair behind his ear, and shook her softly, “Addy you ready?”
Addison’s eye shifted to Sam, lowering her earphones. “I don’t want to go grocery shopping. How about you just bring me back some Poptarts. Blueberry ones.” She smiled turning back to her tablet.
Sam eyes tracked around the toy lined walls. “We really did go overboard.” He said shaking his head disapprovingly. “Ummm, that’s a negative kiddo.”
Addison sucked her teeth. “Come on Sam. You are being overprotective.”
Sam looked down at his pint size twin, “Addy?” He said, moving into his no nonsense tone. “Ms. Welsh should be here any second. Get up and get your shoes on.”
“I can handle it.” Addison said pleading her case. “ This place is tighter than Fort Knox. You need a key and code to get to the penthouse AND” She stressed, “that’s after you come pass the door man. I’ll be fine.” She said moving to a seated position, despite her words.

INVOLVED: Samuel Evans & Mercedes Evans. TIME FRAME: Saturday, July 22nd, 2017. LOCATION: Miami, Florida NOTES: Sam tries to make up for lost time.
Sam lounged in the middle of his bed naked as a jay bird. Saturday afternoon sex was his favorite sex... Well, any day sex was his favorite to be honest. But that was besides the point. His doctor had finally come threw with the order he'd requested over a month ago. Now he was ready. And hopefully so was his wife. Hell, maybe they could jump start this birth.
Hungry
INVOLVED: Mercedes Evans & Samuel Evans TIME FRAME: Tuesday, February 21, 2017 LOCATION: Mercedes Office, Miami, Florida. NOTES: LMAO...
Sam slid the lock on his phone and placed it on the desk. The office was every bit of his wife. At least the professional side of her. Leaning back, he played with fire, and place his feet up on the desk, with a smirk on his face. Humming lightly to himself as he waited for Mercedes to arrive.
Father Daughter Time
INVOLVED: Samuel Evans & Olivia Evans TIME FRAME: Friday, February 9th, 2018. LOCATION: Evans’ Brownstone New York City NOTES: Sam has some new for Olivia.
Sam cradled two bowl server style in his hand. He'd spent the better part of the afternoon making his famous beef stew. A good hearty meal and necessary conversation were on the agenda for tonight. He added another spoonful of stew to Olivia's bowl, before moving into the dining room setting them down. “Livia! Dinner!" He called. He squinted at the table, cups, bowls, check. Spoons, drinks... he snapped his fingers, "Oh shoot, I forgot the rolls" He mumbled, jogging back into the kitchen.
Olivia was laying on her bed, listening to her music, and sketching when she heard her dad’s voice. Taking the headphones out her ear she put her ipod in her draw and put on her slipper socks. Before going to eat she stepped into the bathroom to wash her hands. Once done she went downstairs to see her dad’s famous beef stew on the table. “You haven’t made this in a while. Special Occasion?”
Sam stepped back into the dining room carrying a covered basket of rolls. He smiled, setting the basket in the middle of the table. "I don't need a special occasion to treat my amazing daughter." He said, pulling out her chair. “Have seat kiddo.”
Olivia sat down and said grace over her food before digging in not bothering to wait for her dad. “How was your day?” She picked a roll up and stuffed it in her mouth.
Sam waited for Olivia to sit, then through his leg over the side of his chair lowering himself into his seat. He smirked watching her pray, at least he'd done somethings right. At her ‘Amen’ He tacked on his own, "Amen. -Not going to wait on your old man I see?” Picking up his spoon he shoveled his first spoonful into his mouth and closed his eyes reverently, “I can’t blame you…” He said, going for another spoonful. “It was okay. Better now.” He smiled. “How did the test go?”
“Haven’t eaten anything since lunchtime.” Olivia took another roll and dipped it in the stew before placing it in her mouth and starting to chew. Olivia smiled when he said his day was better. Olivia swallowed her food before picking a napkin up and wiping her mouth. “Pretty okay, had some questions on there I wasn’t prepared for but I think I got it. You have any new drawings?”
Sam reached forward taking a roll from the basket, he ripped it in two, then added a spat of butter to his bread, spreading it out. "Oh really? But you think you got it anyway? Awesome." He popped the bread into his mouth, raising his eyebrow. "I'm working on something special. A new comic book. Sort of a modern day wonder twins."
“Yep, I am your daughter after all.” Olivia took 2 big spoonfuls of stew and put it in her mouth. “That’s great dad. Twins? That’s cool. Can I ask you a question?”
Sam offered her a dry chuckle that sounded more like a cough. Her book smarts didn’t come from him, he was sure of that. “You don’t sound interested at all. I might be about to change that. How would you like to do some work for me on the comic book?” He took up another spoonful of stew, watching her over his spoon, “Sure. what’s on your mind?”
“Oh no I’m interested you said wonder twins and it made me think but that’s for another day. Really? I’ll like that. Thank you. I know we never talked about her in detail but what was my mom like?”
“Sure… It made you think what? Don’t cut off your thoughts like that.” Sam asked curiously. “Yes really, It will be good experience for you -And we’d get to spend more time together.” He put his spoon down and sat up back straight in his seat. “Umm, what brought this on?" He asked, nervously.
“Dad it is nothing. I’ll talk to you about it another time. Yay to us spending more time together and us getting to work together. I see all the other girls at my school with their moms and it started to make me wonder.”
“I’ll let it rest for now.” Sam told her around a mouthful of stew. Olivia was getting older, he wasn't sure if spending hours hanging out with him was still on her to do list. “I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or not.” He said squinting at his daughter. He nodded considering his words, he wanted to talk to her along those lines for sometime now but couldn't find the right time or words. “What... Am I not a good dad?” He asked, a hollow attempt at lightening the mood. “You know if you ever need to talk to a woman about stuff," He said, scratching at the side of his face. "Mrs. Adele is here and… and Rachel.” He added to test the waters. “You she is growing fond of you.”
Olivia took another roll and dipped it into her stew before placing it in her mouth. “I’m not always being sarcastic dad.” Olivia squinted her eyes at her dad not knowing where that comment came from. “You know you a good dad I was just wondering about her that’s all.” At the mention of Rachel’s name Olivia rolled her eyes. “You really want me to like her don’t you?”
Sam chuckled, “I know, but I had to check.” He lifted his spoon, shoveling another heap of stew into his mouth. He chewed the thick concoction of carrots, beef and potatoes, then swallowed it down. “Yes,” He said mouth still working. He sighed setting his fork down again, “I know it’s always been Evans & Evans around here. But I was wondering how you’d feel about making an addition to the team?” He asked voice hopeful.
Olivia sat back in her chair and eyed her dad as he ate. She knew he wanted her to like Rachel but something wouldn’t allow her to do so. Maybe it was because she was stubborn and didn’t like nobody. “You mean Rachel living here? Fine. Your house your rules. I don’t know if I’ll ever like her but she’s special to you so I put my dislike for her to the side.” Olivia gave her dad a sweet smile and went back to eating.
“Yes. I think it’ll be good for you. -for me -for both of us.” Sam stumbled over his tongue, explaining his actions. He sat dumbfounded for a moment, when she so quickly gave in."Did you just say it's fine?" He asked needing to hear her say it again. “Don’t say it like that. It’s not just my house. This is our home. Honestly, I didn’t expect you to love the idea." He said reaching over to take her hand. "But i’m glad you're willing to give it a chance.
“Yes, it’s fine. I don’t love the idea but you do care for Rachel so I’ll grow to love it.” Olivia gave him a sincere smile. “There was a mother daughter thing at my school last week. I seen all the girls with their moms and it made me think about mine. Can you tell me one thing about my mom?”
The chair's legs drug across the floor as Sam rose from the table. He held his arms out and moved over to his daughter side, grabbing her up in a bear hug. He kissing her forehead, repeatedly, holding back dad tears. He swallowed thickly, as he moved back to his seat, choked up by his child sentiment. Clearing his throat and wiping at the corner of his eye, “You could ask Rachel to take to go with you? I could ask her for you.” He pulled his chair back to the table. “One thing… hmm one thing. Let’s see. Well all those brains you have? They come from her. She was a genius.” He said a far gone look in his eye.
“You know I love you right? It’s okay I dealt with it and I’m okay. Maybe if there is another thing at my school for mother and daughters I’ll either ask Adele or Rachel.” Olivia’s eyes lit up when he said she got her brains from her mom. “Wow that’s cool. I get my brains from her and my drawing skills from you. Best of both worlds. When Rachel moving in?”
Sam gave her a level look. “It’s me we are talking about. What's not to love?” He was starting to get worried. She was being so level headed and mature about the situation. It was off putting. “That would be nice…” he trailed off, squinting. Nope, this wasn't his child. Not at all. “You could say that. She is a comic book fan as well, so…” He added fondly. He and Mercedes had some good times before the end, that much he was sure of.
“Oh that’s easy, your big head.” Olivia chuckled at her own joke. “Mom liked comic books? She probably liked Thor?”
“Yea. She did.” Sam smirked. “HA HA, you got jokes I see. -Finish your supper.” He said taking a roll from the basket.
Sisterly Love.
INVOLVED: Samuel Evans & Stacy Evans TIME FRAME: Monday, November 21th, 2016 LOCATION: Sam and Mercedes Home; Miami, Florida NOTES: Mercedes visits her brother. [Trigger Warning: Warning this para mentions death]
Stacy twisted her long blond hair around her hand and pulled it up on her head in a bun. She padded barefoot across the floor, silently stalking herself proclaimed larger than life brother. Since arriving, she had only spent a marginal amount of time with Sam. It was to be expected. This wasn’t necessarily the happy holiday they normally had. “This guy.” She uttered spotting Sam outside on the deck, of all places. She grabbed two beers from the refrigerator, the throw from the couch, and headed outside. She eased through the door, but Sam didn’t stir. She moved up behind him, giving him a sound smack on the back of the head. “Penny for your thoughts.”
The wind stirred around him, crisp and cool. It would have been cold, but the small fire burning in the outdoor fire pit, took the chill off nicely. Sam stared out over the water. The sun had long since sank behind the clouds, and now only the deep blue almost black sky remained. Its stars twinkled wildly, reflected in, the water’s surface. So much change… And all of it out of his control. “Ouch! Stacy what the hell.” he bickered, glaring at the woman. “I’m thinking I should drown you.” He retorted quickly, narrowing his eyes.
“No, you are thinking you could try…” Stacy said handing him the beer. She turned and moved to the seat nearest the fire pit and sat down, tucking her legs under her. She smiled and took a sip of beer. She swallowed, looking out into the darkness. “Now explain to me what you are doing out here.”
Sam shook his head, his baby sister was strong, independent and slightly spoiled. He was proud of her, even if he hated half of her life choices. He snatched the beer from her hand and mumbled a lazy, “thanks.” He was grateful she was silent until she wasn’t anymore. “Can’t a man enjoy the night, without receiving the third degree?”
Stacy’s lip quirked into a snarl, “A man can, yes. You no. Sam, I swear you need better friends.” She fussed, “Now spill before I call mom…” she choked off the words, taking a large gulp of beer to hide her misstep. Then, with a grimace, she pushed ahead. “Are you ever going to tell us -or at least me what happen between the two of you?” She said sitting up in her seat.
“I have friends. But you know how I feel about confidants. And I hate talking to Finn, because that’s just telling Rachel.” Sam cringed, shaking at the thought. “So, he’s a big hell no. Besides, if I had better family… they’d move here and I wouldn’t need outsiders.” He quipped, giving Stacy a rueful grin. His face darkened when she brought up Sarah and he rubbed his eyes. “I… things are complicated. Baby sis, you can’t unknow the information I have. I’d rather not burden you with it unless you’re one hundred percent sure you want to know.” He said honestly with a bucket full of bitterness. “Since we’re being nosey what happened between you and ‘literal’ old boy.”
Stacy sniffed. She needed to meet his Rachel woman, she thought with an appraising glance at her brother. She scratched her hair, “No one wants to live off you Sam. This is your life, not ours.” She reminded him again, in a non-to patient tone. Sarah was closed mouthed about what happened and she could only get bits and pieces from Mercedes, which didn’t bodwell at all. If she added to that Sam’s foreboding warning, she was worried. “It’s that bad, huh?” She said considering what he said carefully. “Damnit, Sam you are not my father. And if you must know, I just needed a little break. That’s all. He wants to marry me.” She said with a faraway look in her eyes, “I just want to make sure I’m ready.” She held up her hand cutting Sam off before he could speak. “-Grown woman and every bit as stubborn as you.” She warned, pointing back to herself.
“They have jobs here to, you know. Hell, I’d pay you to be a part time nanny for SJ.” Sam smiled then, a fatherly pride beaming through the gloom. “He’s incredible, isn’t he.” He licked his lips and turned the bottle up to his head again. “I think he’s going to be our only child. Don’t get me wrong, I want a house full, but us getting pregnant was really hard, and the toll it took on Mercedes and our relationship… “He sighed, “Now with all of this, maybe one’s enough. He’ll be spoiled as all hell.” Finishing his drink, he raised his eyebrow, “It’s worse. That’s why I haven’t told you guys. When you really want to know, I’ll tell you. Promise.” He raised his hands in defense. “Hey, I’m sort of like a dad… but I’ll reserve all comments,” coughing into his fist, “I told you so.” Drawing back, he pursed his lips, “That’s not possible I’m the king of stubborn.” He laughed, “Don’t let this calm demeanor fool you.”
Finally, Stacy thought, sunshine. Sam beamed as he talked about SJ and it was a relief to see him happy for a moment. “Yes, my nephew is. Sam, though you don’t want to acknowledge it, I have a damn career. I can just work from home that’s all. But I might consider being around for SJ, if Mercedes goes back to work. We’ll see. And for the record, he’s already spoiled.” She said not wanting to promise her brother anything. “I’m torn Sam.” She said with a soft smile. “I don’t know if I’m happy that you’ve matured, or sad that you might not have any more crumb snatchers. Have you talked to Mercedes about this?” She sneered at Sam and threw a deck chair throw pillow at him. “Smart ass!”
“Anyway…” Sam said, rolling his eyes, he laughed, nodding his head, “He is but that’s all Mercedes. -No, we haven’t discussed it yet. But I’m not going to ask her to tax her body again. I can’t.” He was hopeful that Stacy might stay around for a little while at least. So, he wouldn’t push too hard for her to stay, at least not yet. “Don’t be proud of me. I want to kill certain people, but I feel like my hands are tied in some ways. And some of this is shit, I had coming. As for the rest, what else can I do, I’m supposed to take care of my shit. That’s what being a man is all about.” He caught the pillow in midair, and placed it behind his back casually. “Thank you and I’m the smartest.” he smirked, raising his eyebrows. “Seriously sis. I’m glad you’re visiting. Having an extra pair of eyes around here right now helps. Especially, when I have to leave.”
“Well, it might not be a good idea to bring that up right now, with everything going on. But don’t just assume for her Sam. You guys should talk. What… I still don’t really understand what happen with her brother.” Stacy said, staring down at her lap, “Why do you feel guilty? … Does this have anything to do with that Santana woman? I’ve always been proud of you. You’re just vindictive as hell. You got lost in your hype and ability to exact, your own kind of revenge on people who hurt… Us.” She snorted, “I’m happy to be here with you guys. I missed you. Even though I’ve barely gotten to see you. Don’t let sister in law here that, you know she detest babysitters.”
Sam ran his hand down his face, “We’ll see.” He had no intention of bringing up kids right now. And he knew by the time he did, they’d most likely have to undergo treatments again. Which all but took having more kids off the table. He intertwined his fingers and laid them in his lap, “My wife and her brother’s life were complicated in ways that ours wasn’t. Even though I’m angry at Sarah right now… I make myself remember that it could have been much worse.” He said, giving all the information he ever would about his wife’s past. “I’m just worried, you all didn’t see her by the grave side… I don’t know how Chris’ death is going to affect her.” He said, eyes back on the horizon. Sam bit the inside of his lip, “Maybe… Right now, I’m just happy i know the truth. But I have a feeling I created that villain…” Sam threw his head back and laughed into the night, “I haven’t changed. There’s just more at stake. -Bullshit, you came for Mercedes. Ha-ha, she as much as said that. Oh well, I feel better with you here. End of conversation.”
Sam was holding a lot of information inside of him, and while he was focused on everyone else Stacy was worried about him. What he said about Mercedes perplexed her, but she knew better than to pry. He’d never divulge anything about his wife, sober. And even drunk, he’d just wax poetically about how perfect she was. He was so damned whipped. She tapped her fingers against the armrest as he spoke about Santana. “I’m happy you kept your cool with her. She could have really gotten you in a lot of trouble.” Her mind raced, she needed to learn more about the Latin woman, a lot more. She stood, wrapping her throw around her. Padding over to Sam, she dropped a kiss on his cheek, “Correction, I came for SJ, Mercedes, then you. In that order. Everything is going to work out for the best. Remember that.” she said squeezing his shoulder. “Don’t stay out here too long, I’m a terrible nurse for grown men.” She walked away from him heading back into the house. “I think I’m going to call my fiancé’. “She threw back over her shoulder, leaving Sam to chew on that.
Get it together.
INVOLVED: Coach Sullivan, Finn Hudson, Samuel Evans. TIME FRAME: Wednesday, October 19th, 2016. LOCATION: Dolphin's Training Stadium. NOTES: Sam and Finn are forced to talk.
“I don’t give a single red headed fuck! I want peace, on my goddamn team and I mean now.” Coach Sullivan’s face was a special type of blotchy red that crawled up his neck. Then sent single tendrils of blood seeping through his veins, until each pulsated. Making him look like he was wearing a grotesque mask.
Finn sat stroking his beard staring straight ahead. He did his best not to show any emotion while the older man raved.
Sam, on the other hand, sitting to the left of Finn. Was none to pleased to be included in this little bitchfest. He angrily unwound tape from his wrist. His face an indifferent snarl as he shot daggers at Sullivan with his eyes. “Why are you yelling? We won our game.” He said, throwing in a late “Sir. And if there is a problem with team morale, isn’t that more a team captain problem?” Sam sneered sarcastically, nodding his head in the Finn’s direction.
“Well, isn’t this interesting Evans. You finally throw a decent game an already you have the nerve to talk about my leadership skills.” Finn fired back, immediately.
Sullivan picks up his clipboard and hurls it at the back wall. The clear plastic shatters, sending papers fluttering to the floor. “I have a gotdamn captain who’s acting more like a cheerleader.” Sam snickers, “Shut up Evans! You ain’t, but one roar rah sis boom bah away from him. This thing begins and ends with you two. I know it. The press knows it. And the guys on the team feel it. I want this situation handled and order restored. And I mean yesterday. Now talk!”
Finn lowered his eyes, he actually felt like a heel for not saying this sooner, “Congratulation on your son.” He said, laying out an olive branch.
Sam pulled the last vestiges of tape from his arm. “Thanks.” He said. Grudgingly, still holding onto animosity. At a stern look from Coach Sullivan, Sam ducked his head, averting his eyes from both men. Mumbling, “Congratulation on being made team captain.”
“Thanks…” Finn said, turning to look at Sam for the first time, calmly. He missed his friend. And Sam, despite all of his other qualities was that. It was a waste of time and energy to be upset with the man for being who he always had been. “Evans?”
“Yeah…” Sam said, raising his eyebrow as he looked to his once good friend.
Finn sat up in his seat, then turned the chair to really stare at Sam. Scratching his still sweat dampened hair, “Do you remember, what we are supposed to be upset about?”
Sam's chest heaved, as feelings of anger resurfaced. “Fuck yeah…” He said, pointing to Finn, licking his lip. “You…” he looked around, trying to remember what the problem was. “Umm... Shit. Fuck it all to hell, I don’t remember. But, whatever it was, it was your fault!” He snapped.
“Well, ain’t this a fine kettle of stew. I swear you two, are the toughest pair of hard headed, panty wearing, S.O.B, I have ever seen.” Shaking his head, Coach Sullivan takes a seat behind his desk.
“Sam, we’re 2 and 4… I sure would like to have a better record than that.” The big man said, extending his hand.
Sam looked down at Finn’s hand, and hesitated on shaking it for a few moments. “Yeah, I would too.” He conceded finally, slapping his hand down into Finn’s. “I would too.”
Pretty Hoe.
INVOLVED: Samuel Evans & Lauren Mills TIME FRAME: Tuesday, October 11th, 2016. LOCATION: Laurens’ Miami offices ; Miami, Florida. NOTES: Sam finially explains things to Lauren.
Sam thumbed casually through the rolodex sitting on Lauren’s large glass desktop. Noting the names of the men and women he knew. He committed those unknown, yet more prominent names to memory. Lauren breezed into her office, eyeing the handsome blonde who had made himself quite at home behind her desk. “And to what do I owe the pleasure.” She said smoothly closing the doors behind her. His presents unnerved her, it was so sudden it had to be the messages. Sam could hear the smile in her voice. Without looking up, he reached into his pocket, he pulled out his phone, scrolling to the messages between Lauren and Mercedes. Coming to her nude body sprawled out across his screen, he admired it for a second, raising his eyebrow. Then lowing the phone, he slid it across the desk to her. “Nice tits.” He utters, returning to his task. Lauren sat down in the guest chair. Reaching for the phone, she admired her own picture, buying time to collect herself before she continued. There was something off about Sam. He wasn’t mad. Mad she was prepared for, but not this calm, stillness of death, that sat before her. “Thank you.” She said, handing him back his phone. “I try. I see you liked my token Sam. Are you here to accept my offer?” Lauren said, crossing her legs, making a show of nonchalantly draping her arms across the chair.
Sam closed the top of the box looking to Lauren. “An offer of what?” he questioned, rising from the chair. Moving around the desk. He stopped to stand behind Lauren’s chair. Running his hand down her arms. “And be specific.” He spoke the words into her neck, the heat from his mouth brushing against her skin. Lauren gave off an involuntary shudder. “An offer of... whatever and however you desired to have me.” She purred. Uncrossing and crossing her legs. Letting her quake for a moment Sam moved away, going to lean on the desk in front of her. “Mmm, I see. And now that my wife has caught on to your little stunt… Is that offer still valid?” He asked, eyeing her body openly. Lauren sat up straighter, back arching even in her seated position. Quirking an eyebrow at Sam, “I guess that’s really up to you, Sam. I don’t owe Mercedes my allegiance. You’re her husband, that part is all on you.” she said voice full of disdain. Picking up a glass ball paperweight from the woman’s desk, Sam tossed it from hand to hand. “True, but what could you possibly expect to gain?” Sitting up resting her elbows on her knees. “You need a woman Sam. Not a child, -a little girl pretending to be all that I am. She’s weak. Who gives a damn if you have a hundred outside children. And furthermore, she doesn’t respect you. Not the way I could.”
Lauren, easily came from her seat. Her breast brushing a trail up Sam’s body until she was face to face with the man. She was so close, she tasted his after shave lotion on her tongue. His had eyes told her everything she needed to know. “I would never try to control you the way she did.” She whispered the words, as Sam looked down at her, his face a complete mask. “I can tell you want me… stop denying yourself.” Sam licked his lips, “But why does this matter to you?” He questioned, hand moving to the small of her back. “I… “Lauren breathed, caught off guard by his hand moving up her back. Her eyes fluttered closed, “You’re different Sam. You’re what I’ve been waiting for.” Touching the collar of his shirt, she bit her lip, remembering how he loved to have his fragile ego stroked. “It’s not about your money Sam. I’ll be honest at first it was. But now… you were so kind to me. Treated me like more than just a piece of meat. You deserve a woman who lets you be the man in her life. I can take care of you far better than you’ve ever been taken care of before. Moving her hands down his body, you just have to let me show you.”
Sam grabbed her hand by the wrist as it snaked its way down to his manhood. “Did you know my wife goes to strip clubs with me?” Eyes opening slowly, Lauren stared coolly at Sam. “Okay, and what’s your point?” She asked, unsure of what was happening. Sam shrugged, “The point is... she doesn’t mind me admiring pretty hoes.” He stood up abruptly, the force of his body pushing Lauren back into her recently vacated seat. “I let you leave my house, thinking you had a chance. And that somehow you’d bested my wife.” Looking down at her pensively. “I see now that was a mistake.” Lauren laughs, rolling her eyes, “Oh, is the part where you tell me to back off, like a good little boy?” Sam bent down in front of her, staring straight into her eyes, one hand gripping the arm of her chair, the other holding tightly to the paper weight, arm slung across his back. “No this is the part I tell you to fuck off like a man. Mimicking her voice, he repeated her words, “I’ll be honest with you, it's not about the money, it was... Bitch, I know a leech when I see one. Hell, I’m dealing with one named Santana now. She would do any fucking thing I told her to. All to stay connected to the game. She didn’t think I knew, she liked pussy more than me. She delighted in all her little girl on girl shows. Bi sexual my ass. She didn’t give a fuck about me, yet she’d do anything to hook me. Any -fucking -thing. Do you think for one second that’s the kind of person, I’d want as a wife?” Grabbing her by the jaw, he shook her head “No” for her. Snatching her face out of his hand, “Actions Sam, actions speak louder than words.” Lauren said, “Your actions, even now say something different, that’s why your wife is so upset.” Sam, stood to his feet, slamming the paper weight down cracking the tempered glass desk. “I’ll make this simple so you can understand, you’re a run of the mill hoe. That comes a dime a dozen. I thought it was obvious I was done with you, but, I see you thought you were special. Never Lauren, never ever.” He laughed, pulling out his wallet. “You think your such hot shit; your life is cannon fodder for TMZ. And when you fall, I’ll be the first one in line to laugh.” Sam took two hundred dollars from his wallet, putting in under the paperweight on top of her fractured desk. Moving from the office, “And yet, I’ll be a broken motherfucker. Who still doesn’t want you pass around ass.”
