@kingsmanmakings is in store for some uncomfortable father-son bonding
“Shit-” The frantic turn away was unmistakably guilty as the door opened, revealing the room in which Lee had been kept in for the time being to Eggsy. Similar to the padded cell that had been Harry’s home, this one filled with the haze of acrid smoke. Even with the cigarette extinguished it was obvious what he had been doing, a shamefully disgusting habit but one he’d needed to ground himself. It took him back to an easier time. “Sorry, sorry. One second mate.”
There was no point hiding it, hiding how worn and grey he was, but he kept trying to convince himself that he was allowed this time of ruin. He was a dead man. As Lee made sure the cigarette was out he glanced into the mirror, catching sight of a man scarcely older than himself standing in the doorway before turning to face him. “Th' name's Lee. Pleasure...are you Kingsman or Statesman?”
The topic of business made it easier, kept his nerves from fraying more.
