I see Three as the kind of person who is difficult to get along with at first, but when you get to know him better you would really care about him because he is a very sweet person who would do anything to protect the people he cares about.

What are his traumatic experiences of his past.

You're partly right about Three. How people perceive Three really depends on how they meet him; he can be difficult to get along with, especially to more sensitive people, but he can also be charming and friendly. Three is.... he's two-sided. Either people meet him and think he's perfect until they realize he's reckless/rude, or they meet him and think he's awful until they realize he's caring/joyful.

Either way, it's hard to get to know him as a whole person. But he's very worth knowing! Like you said, he is a very sweet person and he does do his best to help others.

What are his traumatic experiences—well, the standard experiences for Thawne clones. He was trained as a weapon, just like Two. He was isolated from everyone except CRAYDL, which Does Things to a child's brain, and he was forced to kill or be killed in realistic virtual reality many times. But actually, Three had a pretty easy childhood compared to most of the clones. His CRAYDL was allowed significantly more freedom to treat him well. Three got an actual education; he got more positive physical contact; he got days off; he got to develop his own hobbies as long as they were useful... yeah, Three had a life of comparative luxury.

The worst thing that happened to him, from Three's perspective, was when he discovered that CRAYDL couldn't speak freely about the Thawnes. Couldn't say anything bad about the President, even hypothetically or as a joke or when CRAYDL was forced to punish Three for wondering why the President never came to visit.

It wasn't even the punishment that bothered Three, really. He was used to "dying" in virtual reality. It was the fact that his loving parent was not allowed to say anything negative about President Thawne. That was extremely disturbing.
