Tres Leches cake:

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 cups natural (??) flour

1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup orange juice

8 eggs

3 teaspoons baking powder

2 cups cooking (??) oil

2 cups sugar

Ingredients for cream:

3 cans evaporated milk

2 cans table cream

2 cans sweetened condensed milk

1 cup sugar

A bit of rum, or any liquor/spirit (it’s common to use eggnog, but either rum or whiskey makes it taste way better)

Tres Leches Cake / Three Milk Cake

Ingredients needed to make Tres Leches Cake / Three Milk Cake:

  To make Cake you need:

1 1/2cup All Purpose Flour

1cup Sugar

1tsp Baking Powder

1stick Butter

5 Eggs

1tsp Vanilla Essence

  Method:

Sift Flour and Baking Powder together and keep it a side.

Using a stand mixer or beater, beat Eggs until it’s fluffy.

Carefully add Sugar into Egg and beat until the mixture is doubled and creamy.
