Three in the Park :: full body / pixel art bg (2025)

I've never been good at backgrounds, so I tried something…

I think it worked out! I was inspired by someone on tumblr doing mixed resolution art and I couldn't think of how to implement it into my own artwork. But I've struggled with backgrounds FOREVER. I'm not good at the composition - so using pixel art to practice that aspect of it was really cathartic.
