As of now, I am a goal digger! 

I want to start setting goals for myself to succeed. Planning and giving yourself expectations is the first and greatest step to success, so I have made myself a 3-Year Plan. This plan is mainly focused on career and financial goals, as well as academic growth. Many goals are personal gain and the gain of my future organization: Club Comm Tech. I also want to continue to volunteer and give back to my community.

I have separate spiritual and personal goals as well that are not listed in this post. I may not meet all of my goals or I may alter them as a I along, which is okay. I hope this will be inspiration to many other new grads, young adults, or young professionals to start planning their future. 

My 3-Year Plan

Get full-time job with great work culture, benefits and room to grow.

Learn advanced web development, UX/UI & app design.

Learn to be a confident leader & accumulate collaborative leadership strategies.

Have a large following, earn revenue & positive critical acclaim from clubcommtech.

Have 10k+ visits per month by 3 years for clubcommtech.org.

Have a large conference in Toronto for CCT, as well as an international event.

Save $8k by this year & $40k in three years.

Continue to volunteer for women rights such as Plan International.
