if it’s hurting that bad and you have good insurance, i’d say go to the er. :(

OHIP covers the er visit and as long as I don't get any prescriptions I wont have to worry about that. Which is good because I have no other insurance so I'd be fucked. I think I'll have to go because it hurts and I did drop a window on my arms a couple days ago and I raked yesterday so idk but I don't want to let it get worse :(

Hahaha thank you my dear, I WILL NEVER STOP CARING ABOUT MOVIES THAT PEOPLE STOPPED CARING ABOUT 5+ YEARS AGO. I DON'T KNOW WHY THIS IS. It's another way I torture myself, like how I only care about ships that are absolutely doomed and will never be happy. :D

I’m 26 and still dealing with this all I can say is it loses some of the allure and tends to plateau? I think?

:// i'm just concerned because i've been drinking every weekend since my birthday and all except once it was solidly getting drunk and i just really like the feeling of being drunk because when i'm drunk it feels like depression's not something i'm ever going to have to worry about again and i'm just a sad kid who's terrified of letting that feeling take over and get addicting and i don't want to depend on something that's so out of my control and alcohol generally is kind of terrifying and i feel like my best option is to just not drink at all until i feel like i can handle it but i like drinking a little bit i'm just worried that i don't have as good of self control as i'd like especially when i get really sad like there's four bottles of mike's hard lemonade in my fridge and i don't want them there but i don't want to pour them out because i paid for them but i don't know i'm just scared and sad. i'm sorry this is really long and probably not all that coherent i've just been worrying about it a lot and i haven't gotten a chance to talk to my depression support friend about it
