Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 large eggs.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, peel and mash the ripe bananas until smooth. To the mashed bananas, add the large eggs and the unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend thoroughly until all components are thoroughly blended. Heat a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. For each pancake, transfer 1/4 cup of the batter into the heated skillet. Fry until tiny bubbles appear on the top, then turn and continue cooking until the other side becomes firm. Proceed with the remaining batter in the same manner. Warm chocolate flourless pancakes can be served with your preferred toppings, like Greek yogurt, fresh berries, or a honey drizzle.
